  The SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME consists of four days of concentrated activities.
They include Plenary Sessions, Scientific Sessions, Poster Presentations and Intensive Mini Courses.
 

Poster Presentations.
A special room at the congress will be reserved for Poster Presentations.
Posters will be presented daily (9.00 – 15.00) from 14 to 17 September 2006.
The authors are requested to be available from 13.00 to 15.00 to clarify interrogations to participants

 

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Dead line for abstract submission is  30 JULY 2006 to email : magmaim@gmail.com

Instructions for abstract formatting  & submission:  

1- Font characteristics :

Type : Time new roman.
Size :12.
Title : 14 pts
Rest Spacing: Single (1.5 lines before each new paragraph)
Title : Bold
Institution and country name : Italic  

2- Organize your abstract as follows :

a- Title .
b- Author(s) , followed in the next line by institution and country name . (please underline only the name of the presenting author)
C- Text body of the abstract: Leave a blank line between title and authors and another blank line between authors and text body of the abstract .
3- Mark the box at your preferred presentation.
4- In case you have more than one abstract, use good quality photocopies of the empty form.
5- Do not fold the abstract form.  
Abstract could be e-mailed or sent online in a format compatible with Microsoft Office 98/2000/XP.
Technical Facilities :
Power Point facilities, 35 mm slide projector (single and double),
overhead projector are available.

Posters :Will be displaced on special boards. Each poster will be 120 cm X 80 cm wide.

The poster should include:

  • Title: Letters of title should be 4 cm high and printed on top of Poster.
  • Name of author and co-authors
  • Institution and postal address
  • Charts, drawings and illustrations. Text should be clearly readable from 2 m. distance.

Kindly keep Posters as simple as possible.

 Accepted abstracts would be printed in the book of abstracts distributed at the congress. The article could be published in the clinical endocrine and diabetes journal
