Registration fees for Accompanying persons do not include attendance of the scientific sessions but they are entitled to two half-day-tour planned to coincide with these sessions.
Students: the fees are halved. A letter from the department confirming the status is required.
Group registration (for at least 15 colleagues) gets a 30% reduction.
Fees could be sponsored by medical and pharmaceutical organizations.

Note:
1) All participants could enjoy low conference hotel fare extra nights beginning from 11.9 to 19.9 in both cities, Cairo and Sharm El Sheikh.
2) Hotel Bookings will be made on a “first-come, first-serve” basis and you are advised to reserve your room well in advance as rooms cannot be guaranteed after 1.7.2006

Cancellation Policy:

Refund of registration is as follows:
Postmarked before 14.7.2006: 100%refund (minus 50 Euro handling fee)
Postmarked after 14.7.2006: 50 %refund.
No refund on cancellations sent after 14.8.2006
